What to expect throughout the season.

Hive Installation

Late March/Early April

We visit your property and install your hive in a safe, optimal location. Your colony arrives healthy and active, and within days, you’ll see your gentle Italian bees foraging and bringing your landscape to life.

Ongoing Care & Check-Ins

April - September

We visit regularly to inspect and maintain your hive, ensuring it stays healthy and productive. You’re always welcome to join and learn, but we handle everything whether you’re home or not.

Honey Harvest & Winter Care

September/October

At the end of the season, you’ll receive honey directly from your backyard hive. We prepare the colony for winter to give it the best chance to thrive.
